Energy moves through everything; in the rush of wind, the curve of a river, the warmth of sunlight. It changes shape but never disappears, flowing through air, water, and life itself. In this talk, we follow its path from the motion described by Daniel Bernoulli centuries ago to the everyday warmth of thermodynamics. Along the way, we will see how pressure, speed, and height tell the story of movement, and how that story becomes one of heat and balance, a quiet reminder of what every system, even life itself, seeks. Together, we will explore how all forms of energy, whether moving, stored, or unseen, belongs to a single idea: nothing in nature is ever lost, only transformed; even our dreams!
