The climate crisis and the quest for sustainability are among the most urgent challenges of our time. From August 5 to 10, 2025, you are invited to join the “Sustainability vs Climate Crisis - Emerging Solutions” conference at DTU Lyngby Campus, just outside Copenhagen. Together with up to 170 young science enthusiasts from across Europe, you'll explore innovative responses to today’s global challenges.
We warmly welcome you to engage with cutting-edge topics, connect with inspiring peers, and build networks with leading scientists, researchers, and companies working toward a more sustainable future.
When and Where:
The conference will be held from August 5–10, 2025 at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in Lyngby. Over five dynamic days, you’ll take part in exciting lectures, hands-on workshops, and guided excursions to leading research institutions and companies.

Travel Grants
We are pleased to offer travel grants for eligible participants:
Erasmus+ (Germany) Available to all residents of Germany (regardless of nationality). Travel must begin in Germany. Reimbursement of up to €310 is available after the event, and you must sign a participation form during the conference.
Tuborgfondet (Denmark) Available to all residents of Denmark (regardless of nationality). Travel within Denmark by train or bus can be fully reimbursed after the event.
Travel grants are available for a limited number of participants and are automatically applied based on your country of residence in the registration form. Participants from other countries are not eligible for travel grants, but are very welcome to join for the conference.

Join as a Volunteer
Want to help make the conference happen? We are looking for motivated volunteers to assist the organising team both before and during the event.
As a volunteer, you will:
Volunteers participate free of charge and are expected to arrive one day before and leave one day after the conference. You’ll still be able to take part in most of the program and gain valuable experience along the way.
