I'll talk about how to fabricate quantum materials and introduce you to an innovative instrument designed and built in my laboratory at Aarhus University's Department of Physics & Astronomy. This state-of-the-art instrument allows us to delve into the remarkable properties of these materials, offering a new level of scientific insight and the potential to reshape tomorrow's technologies.

PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Physics and Astronomy, Aarhus university

Jill is an Associate Professor at Aarhus University and works at the ASTRID2 synchrotron located in the basement of the Physics & Astronomy Department. She explores the vibrant area of quantum materials research to uncover new physics. She grows these materials and investigates their remarkable electronic and structural properties using a combination of innovative surface scientific techniques.
